Discovering Your Inner Scientist 
It makes sense how you have clarified about whether nurses (we) practice evidence-based practice. If the quality of care has improved through the care that has been proven to improve quality, perhaps we are doing the right thing! Otherwise, we must research. Thank you for sharing!
